Creating original 3D metal sculptures is what propels me to move metal forging in new directions. As a self taught artist it’s important that all my works are one of a kind and built to last many generations. My goal right now is to sculpt eagles and blue herons that are life size and as accurate a casting. I have a current permit to display original metal pieces on the public promenade in White Rock. Also I’ve been invited to the Richmond Maritime festival to show case my sculptures at the opening night of the Gala, where the Mayor will be attending as well as a large group of business leaders. Last weekend I was part of a large group of artist participating in the Khatsahlano block party with over 100,000 people enjoying all kinds of arts.
